What makes up a booking total on Tutti?
All rates are set by individual providers and displayed on their profiles. Your total is the provider's rate for the hours or days you book, plus the fee shown below - you see all of it before you confirm.

How does paying for a Tutti booking work?
Rates are agreed up front, and payment happens on the platform.

Extend if you need to
Running late from a luau? Extensions are common, and any additional time is handled through the platform.
What happens if plans change?
- Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking time
- No refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service
- If a provider cancels, our support team works to find an alternative and ensures you are not charged for the cancelled booking
