Each session lasts an hour, with additional comprehensive talk time before and after a session, giving an appointment time of around 90 minutes. Recipients are fully clothed while lying comfortably on a massage-like table. The practitioner light-lays the hands, allowing positive, nourishing, life-force energy to flow freely into every part of their being. Each hand position lasts 3-5 minutes, working off the previous hand position to cover the entire body front to back and head to toe, seeking out the highest healing priority needed for balance and wholeness.
