I am an experienced yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience as a health and wellness practitioner. I offer a private 1 hour yoga session at your vacation rental. Our session begins with gentle yoga stretches to prepare the body, followed by guided meditation. Enjoy focused guidance and support from our experienced yoga instructors who will customize each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our private classes offer a safe space to explore, deepen your practice, and cultivate mindfulness. This private service is for 1 to 4 individuals, however I also offer rates for larger classes.
