Hi families! My name is Nia and I have over 8 years of experience working with children in a wide variety of roles including nanny, after school teacher, preschool assistant, and summer camp counselor. I’ve worked with kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens, and I love creating fun, enriching, and safe environments for them to grow and thrive. I am happy to help with anything you and your family may need from grocery delivery, tidying up and more. I currently work as an After School Teacher, where I plan and lead daily lessons that support kids’ social and motor skills. I’ve also worked as a Native English teacher and substitute teacher, so I love helping with homework and language learning. Whether it’s arts and crafts, outdoor play, storytime, or calming evening routines, I meet kids where they are and support parents however I can. I’m CPR certified, and my background includes: • Creating and leading lesson plans and educational activities • Assisting with hygiene, diapering, and toilet training • Preparing meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment • Taking kids on outings, supporting bedtime routines, and offering overnight care if needed • Working with parents to ensure every child feels cared for, encouraged, and respected I would love to support your family while you’re enjoying your vacation!
